very hard to understand how the program working

I did try to do the best to work with the program but unfortunately, it's very hard to understand how the program working and what I should do to work with that.

It is a second ticket that I open. About the first ticket I did not get respond. Sorry but I would like to get full refund. because I cannot understand the program It's not work for me. Sorry
