  • Tech Support, I have been communicating with 'John' regarding the problem of my Botchief basic functions not installing due to a 'DLL file failure'. He recommended that can add Skype support and 'she' will help me check everything. The problem is he did not provide me with a link or instructions to sign-up for the service and I have not been able to locate it on the website. Any assistance would be helpful and appreciated.   • I have included an ongoing thread attempting to resolve issues related to getting the software to load and run. To my last note at the bottom, one I have not yet received a reply so I am posting in this forum with the hope of more punctual attention. Again, I appreciate the help. ORIGINAL NOTE Robert Wasley <[email protected]> Jul 24 (2 days ago) to support  Tech Support, 1) I bought the Elite version but when attempting to download the Editor there was no option for my version only the basic. 2) I was unable to install the Editor or Runner indicated by a "Install BotChiefRunner (and Editor) failed, please try again later." Green boxes were all lit.  3) It is my belief my purchasing the Elite version will give me use of all of the function modules listed? Thank you for your help. ____________________________________________________________ REPLY [email protected] Jul 24 (2 days ago) to Robert  Hi,   1.      Just download the normal editor, when you use the elite license to login, it will be elite version. 2.      If you run whitehatbox using administrator rights, and is there any anti-virus software block it? 3.      You will give most of functions and enough for yourself using, but few functions is not valid. Few functions is only for developer version using. I was able to work around my anti-virus in order to get the Editor and Runner exe. files to loaded. Running as Administrator I have attempted to down load the program but I am now faced with a new error message "Load browser DLL file failed, please run it again using administrator rights!" What do you recommend for my next step? Thank you again.
