I have 3 sales on Mar, 2017 and to day is 21, Apr, 2017 I don't recieve any payment from WHB . When will you send it to me ?

Did you only sell one copy for the same program?

We will count the commission from the second copy of the same program. And it is avoid that our affiliate uses his own affiliate link to buy this program.
