I just purchased TAP4 & the account manager. As soon as I install and run the WhiteHatBox app I get a windows error saying the application has stopped working. I need to install TAP on my Windows VPS (Windows Server 2008).
I have tried to reinstall the application several times now and the results is always the same.
Requiring and relying on third party launchers like this is entirely unnecessary for one time purchases. If TAP is not installed & running properly on my VPS within the next 24 hours I would like a refund.
I've been unable to find useragents that work with TAP4. I even tried using my mobile UA from my phone and desktop broswer, but neither works in TAP4. Please help.
Earlier today I noticed all my accounts in TAP4 have a status of "Network Error" when doing a mobile check of the accounts. All the accounts and proxies work fine, did TAP4 stop working?
Hi, I've used TAP4 over the last couple years without any issues until recently. Now whenever the program opens I get a "Load Failed" error saying there was an issue connecting to your server then the program closes.
I've tried reinstalling TAP4 multiple times and made sure Windows Firewall is not blocking the program. Please help, I need this running again asap. Ticket #83175
Can you please update the user agent tester so that it works accurately for testing both mobile and web user agents? At the moment it's showing many user agents that do not work as working.
Hi, I have a follow task setup to scrape users from an imported list of popular users, each have millions of followers.
For "search amount from one account per time", under the "importing a list of people" section I have it set to 80 - 150. The total search amount is set to 400 - 600.
I have several accounts, but it does not seem to use more than two accounts each time providing around 300 results instead of 400 - 600.
Hi, if anyone has a list of working web and mobile useragents please share. I've been receiving many false positives from the tester in TAP4. Thanks in advance
Hi, I recently installed and tried to create account using TAM, but the program does not appear to work properly. While in debug mode the creator loads the signup page, enters a username and email, then timeouts. For some reason the program is getting hung up and not entering a password.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
